An independent design service
We provide kitchen design and, where selected, DIY Kitchens basket creation. We are independent from DIY Kitchens and do not act as its official representative. Kitchen supply and installation are not included in the design fees.
Confirm the scope
Before paid work starts, confirm the agreed rooms, deliverables, price, payment arrangements, anticipated timescale and applicable service terms. Any substantial change to the brief should be discussed before further work is undertaken.
Measurements and site checks
Online design is based on the information supplied. Accurate room dimensions, openings, ceiling heights and service information are essential. Your fitter should verify final dimensions and installation requirements before ordering or starting work.
Design renders
Renders illustrate a proposed appearance. Colours, materials and lighting can look different on screens and in the finished room. Check physical samples, supplier specifications and appliance installation information before purchasing.
Supplier orders
You place your kitchen order directly with your chosen supplier. Review the final basket, product availability, supplier terms, delivery arrangements and dimensions before payment. Supplier products and services are subject to the supplier’s terms.
Service terms and cancellation information
The written agreement should provide the applicable service terms and cancellation information before payment. If work is requested to start during a statutory cancellation period, the appropriate information and express agreement should be handled as part of that booking process.
